Hi speed USB is also known as USB 2.0
Most computers manufactured in the last 3 years have USB 2.0 ports.
Many USB 2.0 devices, if plugged into a USB1.0 port, will pop up a message indicating that you could increase the speed if it was plugged into a 2.0 port instead -- kind of like telling you.. "Umm.. I'm capable of going faster..sure ya don't wanna plug me in somewhere else?"
Check your User Manual, System Specs, or check with your Manufacturer to see if your computer has USB 2.0 ports.
If not, you can buy a separate USB 2.0 CARD which will add 2 to 4 ports on the BACK of your computer.
Here's an example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...
I'm not endorsing this card as I have never used it.. just showing it as an example of what a USB 2.0 card would look like / cost.

You add an extra card to the inside of your tower.

one of those will do.
Any USB 2 is High Speed USB.
