Gardena lawn mower - is it any good?

I need to buy a new lawnmower and I've been looking at the Gardena 12V cordless lawnmower. Has anyone used it, and what did you think if you have?

Just to note: I have a perfectly flat yard (like a pancake run over by a steamroller) roughly 45 x 100 feet plus an 8 x 45 boulevard to mow.

~ Here are reviews on the Gardena mower you are looking for. http://reviews.homedepot.ca/1998/941025/reviews.ht...

    According to consumer search http://www.consumersearch.com/www/lawn_and_garden/...

, the cordless Black & Decker CMM1200 actually does a better job than most corded electric mowers, mulching more effectively and cutting more evenly. It can mow up to about 1/3 acre on one battery charge. The CMM1200 has a folding handle, one-lever height adjustment and a polymer deck with lifetime warranty. The downside is that it costs more than a corded mower, and you'll need to buy a new battery in a couple of years.

I don't know any thing about Gardena mowers, But I wounder about the 12Volt part. That is low voltage. 18V and 24V is better. You need plenty of power if you ever want to mow deep grass or weeds. When the battery stars getting low it will be nice to have the extra power as well. Good luck
