Fun in Prince Rupert?
We're a group of late 20-somethings from Colorado taking a cruise in June and we stop in Prince Rupert. I don't want to go some place lame where all the oldies from the cruise will be - we'll want to drink, eat some local grub, talk to and laugh with some locals and have a blast for 6 hours. Anyone ever been or have suggestions?

The problem with the above suggestion is you wont find that Steak House North of Seattle. There are none in Canada.
Prince Rupert is a great place for seafood. I suggest that unless you get sick of it on the cruise by then. Also, it is a fairly small place, so you might not really be able to get away from your fellow cruise ship patrons, especially if you are on one of the bigger ships.
I suggest the Crest Hotel or Breakers Pub. Both are good places to drink, and grab a great meal. The Lounge in the Crest is more upscale compared to the Pub, but both are great. The Crest has an even more formal dinning room, but the lounge is better for meeting locals.
