Are heart aches from a breakup healable or dealable with?

Talk of a broken relationship too soon after starting and re-entry into another immediatelly or after whichever is most appropriate.

Nothing hurts worse than having a broken heart. And nothing can fix it either. allow yourself to fell the pain. It will happen more than once in this life. The best thing you can do is try to live life and eventually the pain will start to fade. and you will move on and fall in love and break up all over again. Until you meet THE ONE. but that's for a different day.

When I was a lot younger, I had my first serious relationship. It ended it major heartbreak. All I could do was cry...no matter where I went - even in public, my eyes swelled with tears -- and not for attention, as I really couldn't help myself.

I knew it was over and wished I never fell in love. I never felt such pain before. I didn't date for 3 years after that, and when I did, I didn't trust anyone.

I did heal after time and knowing now it was for the best and that I was too young to see what he was really like.

The good news is..after a few other bad relationships, I finally met a really nice guy who I love dearly and hope to never break up with.

Heartache takes time. I don't think it's wise to start another relationship while you're healing and I think you have to find yourself and figure out what you want again when a relationship ends.

Rebound relationships rarely work. It's best to heal first, or you'll bring all the unresolved issues into your new relationship.
