In Yahoo answers, is there a way to go back and change your thumbs up to a thumbs down?

No ... sorry, there's no way to do that.

I don't think most of us take the thumbs-up, thumbs-down too seriously, though ... so don't fret.

Once you give a rating, it stays there. There's no "preview" feature for rating.

Sorry, no. There's no way to correct a 'thumbs' or a vote for 'best answer'. I WISH - I've screwed this up, too! If it's making you crazy, you can email or IM them, if they allow it, to explain. Mostly, we just try to be much more careful in the future, and remember this when we get a 't.d.' we don't understand.
