Help !?! I am breaking out really bad.......?
I am almost 23 and I started to breakout out really bad. It looks like I am going through puberty all over again. I have big ugly pimples on the lower half of my face and they really hurt. My diet hasn’t changed; I started to exercise more and drinking more water. In February I stopped taking the pill but the odd thing is my face isn’t nearly as oily as it once was. Is there anything out there that can help that won’t cost an arm and a leg to help clear up my face?

What you're experiencing is called Adult acne.
Despite common misconceptions adults can get acne, no your not dirty, your not eating the wrong foods and your not too old to get acne darling.
You have a few options to try:
Herbal remedies such as HRI CLEAR COMPLEXION, these contain only herb extracts and have no known side effects.
Antibiotics such as Erythromicin or Isotretinoin. Erythromicin is much safer and has no serious side effects exept slight laxative effect for the first two to three days however Isotretinoin has risks such as depression and liver disorders. Isotretinoin is only for VERY severe acne whereas most people can use Erythromicin.
Medicated washes like Freederm, witch, clearasil and clean n clear. These usually have excess oil stripping qualities, some even tackle redness. Also these washes are readily available in your local pharmacy or drugstore at fairly low prices.
Laser surgery, if in the states can cost A LOT but i think in England the NHS may pay for it if you have talked to your GP. A UV laser pulse is used to stop the follicles producing so much sebum.
Benzoyl Peroxide is probably the most commonly used and most effective in most cases of acne. It is an astringant that dries the spots out and reduces them in size whilst also clearing pores of excess sebum, this is widely available as a topical cream at local pharmacys and popular brands include OXY and Clearasil (not sure if Clearasil discontinued theirs or not, i just remember it being VERY expensive)
The Pill usually helps too because it control hormone balance therefore your fluctuating hormones every month dont interfere with your skin.
Hope that helped darling, if you want to know more give me ur email addy and i'll be happy to help.^_^

buy the clean and clear kit, its pretty cheap for how good it works, just stay away from proactiv, once you use it and then stop you break out twice as bad as before
