    my friend told me this.Eat a banana.There sugar inside them will give you a boost:) works for me

    A light meal of slow calories as bread and cheese. Milch, tea or coffee at your liking. No lemonade!

    More important: Eat protein rich food after your training to build up muscles you have broken down during hard training.
