I have fat in blood and I am not taking much oil and fat stuffs already. What is the way to remove it?

I like to know what are all the troubles in case of fat in blood. I am 58 years old male. I am still a bachelor. I cannot take much alchol. If I do I will get stomach problem. Therefore I am taking only beer without alchol and occassionally beer of 3 or 4% alchol. If I run to catch bus, I feel a heavy pressure (like pain or suffocation) in the chest but I don't have blood pressure. I need more air while travelling in the bus if not I have to face suffocation. I cannot travel more than 15 or 20 minutes in the bus (if there is no sufficient air or if more people travel in the bus). This happens (only bus tavel trouble) since my boyhood. I feel something presses my brain region or head while driver turns the bus in turnings. First of all I like to know the reason for all these troubles and then the medicine.

What you have is called hyperlipidemia, or hypertriglyceridemia. Hyperlipdemia can be caused by having diabetes, being sedentary, being overweight, eating too many carbohydrates and certain medications. Hyperlipidemia puts you at risk for heart attacks and other health problems.

To control hyperlipidemia, you should avoid foods that contain sugar or white flour. Also, taking 10 capsules of fish oil ("good fat") each day is very helpful, even though fish oil is a fat. Also, regular exercise is very good for lowering blood fats.

There are drugs your doctor can prescribe, such as statin drugs, which help a lot.
