    [EDIT2:

i actually found dealer who speciallize in "wohnmobil", but so far they have mostly new ones and the cheapest used ones are €15000+ ...

if i understand you correctly, that's not really what you're looking for?

looking around i found that you can rent one for about €70/day via the ADAC with insurance etc...

if you drive around germany/europe i strongly recommend a membership in the ADAC, the german automobile-club.

    (these sites are in english)

also it would help to know what you are planning, because you cannot just park your van anywhere you want and "live" there. in germany that's against the law. you'd have to travel from camping-ground to camping-ground and they aren't that cheap...

in the netherlands, especially near the coast, police enforces these laws pretty harshly - fine is 150 euros!

this kind of "american way of life" isn't what's really viable in middle-europe...

    [EDIT:

if you plan to stay in greece for 3 month, renting a van is probably not an option... but i still recommend to get a membership in a car-club. the benefits if anything ever should happen are huge!

    ADAC-Service usually speak english.

also check out AAA / ARC Europe

The equivalent club in greece is ELPA, but their website is only greece, which i do not speak...

Frankfurt is a vibrant and international economic and business good town with imposing skyline in Germany and is one of many areas that you might want to see, a minumum of one time and this place hotelbye may help you. Frankfurt is a town in the heart of Germany and Europe and is just a town that can offer many facets and different variety. In the center of Frankfurt's Old Town you may find a place effectively worthwhile, the Römerberg. The Römerberg is definitely an irregularly formed square with the Justice Fountain at their center. Not just could it be Frankfurt's many picturesque community square, it's the city's busiest pedestrian zone, home to numerous tourist attractions from their many Kulturschirn (a form of open-fronted shop once common through the entire previous town) to the Römer, a complicated of 11 beautiful old structures from the 15th to 18th centuries that include the Old Town Hall with its Imperial Hall, once the world of wonderful banquets. Different significant houses range from the New Town Hall, the 14th-century Gothic Church of St. Leonhard, and St. Nicholas Church, significant because of its carillon.

i might choose for the boat. you could continually %. your tent into the boat. besides i've got got here upon that it fairly works out extra much less costly to stay in a cabin and convey your guy or woman boat than it does to deliver a van and hire a boat

  • Check out the yellow pages, I ll add the link.

The words you need to enter are 'Gebrauchtwagen' ='used cars'. 'Wohnmobile' = 'camper van'.

    There are lots of dealerships.
