Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage?

I am able to access the internet through a different browser, but not IE. It says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" - this just happened out of the blue. Does anyone know why?

    press file and make sure work offline isnt checked if it is thats your problem o and make sure you are connected
