Losing weight toning up question I need your help?

If i were to run/walk everyday for at least three miles would I be able to tone up or drop a few pounds in a week? Can my body show results that quickly? I'm 5'8'' 157lbs not fat but can lose about 4 or 5 lbs.

    yeahh you'll deaf see pounds coming off.

    my sister walks about 3 mils every other day.

    & she diets well.

    you WILL see results.

    cuz ur burning calories & toning ur legs, thighs, bootay.
