Insomnia, Please help?

I have a question.

I will get to sleep pretty fast and sleep untill about 4 am, then I wake up, and after that I can never fully get back to sleep.

When that happens i try to get up go get a glass of water or something, untill I feel tired again. Then once my head hits the pillow, i just don't get back into the deep sleep, and i have to wake up at 6:15 to go to work.

Whats wrong with me?

    melatonin vitamins! They are a natural herbal sleep aid. When I was in college I had trouble sleeping because I was so anxious about test and my day to day life that I took them a couple of times and they need to help, but they don't make you a zombie the next day like other sleeping meds. Plus they are cheap and you can buy them anywhere you get vitamins... Walmart, Walgreen's, grocery store where ever!

    If that doesn't work every time you wake up just take a few shots of whiskey and sleep tight!

    Well in my case I was once identified a extreme manic depressant which contributed to insomnia and dependancy. I ultimately requested for aid and was once prescribed Zoloft and Trazadone. The longest I ever stayed up with out medicinal drugs or alcohol was once 12 days directly. If your something like me take prescribed medicinal drugs however I am a beautiful extreme case.
