Since our dining section is kind of dead I thought I would post this. Happened upon this yesterday and although I dont think they have a lot of the best options in all cases its kind of fun. Go fill out the form it takes just a few minutes, very simple. Feel free to share who you voted for.

Yep, that was a cool look at which restaurants are the best. I personally love Elizabeth's for brunch and two of my other favorites are the Blue Dog and the Blue Plate (Diner?). They're all decorated so eclectically, which is just right for New Orleans. I don't live there, but I have 3 daughters who all live there and love it!

I voted for Tower of Pizza in Metairie. They have the BEST spaghetti and meatballs!!!!!!!!!!! Oh!!! I lived in New Orleans with my uncle and cousins in a trailer for 9 months, as we were helping with Katrina cleanup. One of our crew brought out some spaghetti from Tower in those white takeout cartons. Man, we tore that food up!
Chevy's Mexican on Veterans Blvd. is really good, too.

The best in N'Awlins is Johnny's for a po' boy...on Toulousse...French Quarter. Johnny has passed...but his staff is still the best! LOVE THEM! It's almost Soup Nazi in nature...know what you want..order...and move on...but you'll love it! Try the shrimp or catfish po'boy or the Johnny's Special...don't forget the Zapp's Chips! YUM! And stop by Central for a mufaletta....

I visited New Orleans a month ago, and we visited so many bars. The second or third I can still remember and it was Razoo's. Thats the one I voted for because they really entertained the crowd and it had a really playful staff.

Okay, there are no signs of Copeland's restaurants under any of these categories aside from Sweet Fire & Ice (?!?!). Every dessert from Copeland's is better than any on the list to choose from.
