1997 Sunfire that has no spark. Theft light is on solid and will not go off with relearn procedure. Any idea

The Anti-Theft system on the 97 Sunfire does NOT disable the spark. It disables the Fuel injectors.
Therefore, I do NOT think your problem is in the anti-theft system as the anti-theft light should Flash if there is a problem. You need to determine why you do not have spark. I would have the Crank sensor and the Ignition control modules checked.
