I will have our 27 months old son 3 days one week and 4 days the following wee, so is she. what advise could you guys give me? Should we sign any aggrement? if so, could you guys give any ideas? She will be leaving on our apartment for one month until she finds another apartment (that what she wants, she wants to move to different apartment. She is applying and looking) Should I pay child support?

i think in a case like that where the child is pretty much w/ each of yall 50/50 u don't have to. but if the child needs something give her the money so he doesn't go w/o. and yes i would get something in writing saying when u get the child and when she gets the child. u don't have to get a lawyer. u can both go to a notary and sign it in front of the person they stamp it and it's a legal document.

Do not do this on your own. Go to the attorney general in your state and have this legalized. I went through the same thing and was told that even if I had paid $10,000 a month for 18 years, the other parent could seek additional payment at a later date (and would probably be awarded the money) because I didn't have legal documentation for the past 18 years!!

    It's free!!

depending on the state if you have shared parenting if she makes less money than you and she files for child support you would have to pay but if she makes more she would
