How do you feel when God compares us to grasshoppers?

If you want a comparison then think of how far above an amoeba we are, and then realize that this is only a pale reflection of how far God is above us, we are indeed grasshoppers, but God loves us and that`s what matters.

We have the capacity of emotions which God seen as necessary for man in creation. We have various emotions and focusing on sadness if we think about it, it is related to love. If we did not feel sadness, it would mean nothing if someone you love went away. Therefore how could you really love them. Do you see what I mean? God has a plan to make us never feel sad. Until that happens in the future, we have to deal with this problem. It was not God's plan to make things happen this way. At the start before the original sin, we were meant to live forever with no death, sickness or any of the other problems we suffer. As you know I am JW and this is what we believe.

There is always a chance that your religion is right, as with all of them. But the chance of that happening is 1 in a million!

I am Wiccan. There is a chance that my religion is false too. Actually, scince it was created by Gerald Gardener, just another pagan, there's a whole shitload of chance it's fake.

I have faith in what I believe, but I don't run around saying:

'I'm saved! I believe in thrice the godess and the horned god! The sun and the moon have saved me! I can turn you into a toad, OMG!"

(no, the toad thing was a lie, I can admit that'd be pretty sick though...)

Everyone has their own religion, don't attempt to convert anyone. If your religion is right, then the god shall show himself oneday and prove us all, and light a path our way.
