Bat Country is a great one. I really like how it sounds like it has more of a rock n' roll element to it, not as metal.
But I'd have to say the solo in Second Heartbeat. First, it's my favorite song of their's. Second, he's a lot younger then and it's amazing for a 21 year old guy. It fits in the song so prefectly, it's melodic and catchy and impressive. For some reason, it reminds me of Sonic the Hedgehog. Haha!
