Is working out with cables a good idea?

Im weight lifting with free-weights and machines. Should I add cables to my workout? I heard its a good way to finish the reps.

    ANY exercize with resistance is great for muscle building. Don't forget the cardiovascular (swimming, jogging, bicycle). We ALL need strong heart MUSCLES too.

    ur right it is ... working out with cables is a good last exercise for chest, biceps, and tris
