Record for siblings closest in age?

Does anybody know the record for the closest in age siblings that aren't twins?

    Well my mate was born 24 weeks after his brother becvause he was premature but that isnt the record. I think its like 22 or 23. XXX

    i would say probably about 8.5 months or so
