Does any one know how to get supervised visitation while going thru a divorce, My son in law is on drugs.?

You simply ask the judge to declare this as a condition. The kid deserves to see his daddy, but the ex-wife does not want to face him, and doesn't want him arriving at her house.
Some states will allow the custodial parent to specify that the non-custodial parent must pass a drug test before allowing visitation... or that they must be current on child support.
