Has using Yahoo! Answers helped you with anything major in your life?

YES! It helped me regain my sense of humour. Just reading some of the inane questions on here and watching people try to answer them has given me a whole new perspective on the human condition.

I havn't really asked for any advice on my personal life because the best I expect for people to give me is common sense which I am capible of thinking up myself. The most Yahoo! Answers has done for me is helped me make consumer decisions about some products and from my experience all of the advice I have followed has turned out well.

I have met people from different parts of the world through answerer's and have grown to love them not just as avatar food.

Great advice on travel and sightseeing.
