I keep getting nosebleeds.....?

In the past month or two i have been getting nosebleeds at lest one a day everyday, at any time of day. What could it be?

I am not on any medication, i don't do drugs, i don't pick my noise, my allergies have not been acting up, and my noise is not dry.

I can just be talking, eating, watchng TV and my noise will just starts bleeding. If any one has any info please help.

Perhaps plenty of citrus fruit such as oranges, lemons and mandarins might help as they are rich in citrus bioflavonoids that will strengthen weak blood vessels or perhaps a citrus bioflavonoid supplement every day might help.

Source(s): Web search for "citrus bioflavonoids" + "capillary walls"

Hi, I use to getnose bleeds all the time. It can be your sinus. Like if your havn't been use to air/cool system. It wouldn't hurt to go to a doctor for it. It sounds like sinus.

drink plenty of water to keep hydrated. i live in colorado so this happens to a lot of people that don't stay hydrated because the elevation is so high. so just try to drink more water.
