Involuntarily swaying back and forth while standing. Why?

I tend to sway when I haven't eaten properly and my glucose is dropping. This used to happen in church especially when they started with that incense. It was bad enough and then I became nauseous too. I had to start making sure I ate before church so I could handle it better. Notice I said "handle it better" and not "handle it"?

Are you eating properly?

Could be a balance problem caused by an inner ear infection.
