I had 2 episodes of seeing colored spots and was only stopped by drinking water and can't figure out what's up

I've never had this before and I do drink alot of water during the day so can't imagine why i would be dehyrdated, can someone come up with a sensible answer. Thank.s

    This is a fact. Seeing spots in your vision is caused by a lack of oxygen to the brain. You were probably dehydrated. Water helps your blood to run more freely and your blood carries the oxygen which is in your red blood cells.

    Your best bet is to get a thorough health check up with your doctor. Make sure you schedule one with the eye doc too.
