Is it possible to over sleep?

I mean can you sleep too much?or get adicted to it??

    Yes it is possible and is actually dangerous to your health. When you over sleep you will never feel rested and are likely to feel tired all day. You can also get sick.

    Yes, at one time in my life I was averaging about 9-10 hours of sleep a day. I was depressed and over ate as well, which made it easier to sleep. It isn't addicting but you can get in the habit of oversleeping. Especially if you have nothing to look forward to in your day, it can be hard to even get out of bed sometimes.

    yes. u can u can sleep over the time u need to. then u get lazy lay around and do nothing but sleep. and eventually u becaome a couch or bed potato

    yes its possible. i have a friend that sleeps alot , he has a sleeping disorder.
