Ad-Aware 2008 after analyzing shows there is a MRU object. What is this?

Every time I delete this MRU object and every time after end of the analyze this appears. But the (MRU) file is empty; it shows no size. There is no problem in the computer but I like to know about this MRU object.

MRU stands for most recently used. Basically all it is, is a file with information about the most recently used/opened programs. when you delete it all it does is get rid of the information. It's not a virus or anything like that, so don't worry may I suggest that you try this out. I use it myself.

Simple File Shredder, It shreds unnecessary files including cookies and it speeds up system performance.
