The best place is the place with all the people.
There are too many to name.
If you want something more "sophisticated"- there is Trios Wine bar.
Cuba Cuba- a little away from Lodo- like a mile- has great Mojitos and a good happy hour.
There are all the sports bars that are close to Blake and 18th.
The Rio is always happening.
I honestly don't know how good the drink prices are but these places always have hot chicks.
