What restaurant would you suggest taking clients to in Las Vegas if you want to show them a first class time?

Any recommendations? We don't want to spend $10 k on dinner, but we certainly want to wine and dine them. What are your experiences?

Go to the Wynn! You can only see the Lake of Dream from several restaurants at Wynn, this is a very exclusive and beautiful experience. I would say SW steakhouse outdoor seating :) And remember, most of the fine dining restaurants do need reservation, preferably 3 days in advance for dinner on the weekend.

Hugo's at the 4 Queens. The place to be...not all the hype of the larger strip hotels...class act all the way. Start with the Crab stuffed portabello mushroom...try the walnut dressing on the salad made at table side...my wife loved the beef Wellington, don't get the large cut of prime rib unless you have a trailer to carry out what you can't eat. About $150.00 for two including tip.
