If I stay in France for 90-days, do I need a Visa?

    If you are an EU citizen, you do not need a visa. If you are an American or Australian citizen, then yes, you need a visa if you are going to be there for 90 days. If you are only going to be there for 89 days, then you do not need a visa. You are on the cut off point.

    It all depends where you are from.

    If you are a citizen of a country within the EU then you do not need a Visa and you can stay for as long as you like.

    However if you are from a country outside of the EU you will indeed need to apply for some kind of Visa to stay beyond 90 days.
