Ok, is it ok to give my 11 week old healthy chihuahua a bath? Not submerged in water, but a light bathing?

Yes!! Give him a bath. Get him used to having baths! Fill the sink and get him used to being in water. Try to make it fun for him. Don't dunk his head, but everything else is fair game.

Then, make sure he's all dried off and doesn't catch a chill.

Baths are perfectly fine! It's just water. Make sure to either use puppy shampoo(tearless) or use baby shampoo, so that it doesn't hurt their eyes!

yep its fine. just make sure to use tear free puppy shampoo and make sure to dry her really well when you are done. also dont bathe her too often or it will dry out her skin.

yep its fine just dont get soap in its ears, mouth, nose, or eyes other wise it could damge it just wash from the neck down. if you acidently get some soap consolt your vet. or if water in the eyes it should be fine.

at this age, she shouldnt *need* a bath..but if she needs one..use a wash cloth with NO soap on it, and wipe her down.
