LEUKOCYTE ESTERASE says small and should I worry about this?

I do have symptoms of UTI or some kind of infection for sure. I feel weak and frequent urination and discomfort.

Uti is quite likely. You obviously need a proper Doctors diagnosis and treatment. If you get them often ask why because there could be an underlying cause. With me it was a 4% function kidney which was producing stones. Best wishes. UK

A POSITIVE leuklocytes esterase test indicates an infection.

A NEGATIVE leuklocytes esterase test indicates NO infection.

    Things look pretty normal.

The doctor needs to do some more tests for other problems. My first though is kidney disease, but that often show up as microscopic blood in the urine.

    Keep checking with the doctor.
