wrightsville beach surfing?
has anyone been out surfing today at wrightsville beach NC? the waves are great today because of the storm. they are atleast overhead+ and the best we have had this summer. its a little hard to get out to the line up but once you get out its great
so yeah has anyone else been out today?
anywhere on the east coast?

I wish I had been. I can't even get to Jersey, two hours away, because I have to work, and be on call for work. have fun! Ride one for me.

I too, am from NC (I lived in Raleigh for about 7 years before moving away) and while I love Myrtle Beach, it's far more "touristy" than Wilmington is. I'm assuming your from the Mountainous area of NC near the VA boarder, I think you'd like Wilmington a lot. My family used to own a beach house on Topsail Island and from what I hear, you can find some great job opportunities there. If it were me, I'd move back into the mountains but that's just because I prefer it over the beach. Either way, if you want to live in one of those two places, Wrightsville beach area would be my choice. Good luck!
