Go to another PC and download Clamwin portable anti-virus program.

Install the Clamwin portable anti-virus program on an USB drive.

    Update the anti-virus definition files.

Set the preference to remove virus.

Take this USB drive to your infected PC.

Boot up your PC in safe mode by pressing F8 during start up.

Plug in the USB drive and run Clamwin anti-virus program.

Scan all your drives for viruses.

The simplest solution is to install Norton Anti-virus and update it.

win32/jeefo is quite old and most prevalent amongst all the viruses.

If you want to do it yourself then:

I assume that taskbar has been disabled by the virus so,

download Windows Defender and goto software explorer.

There you should find an executable program with a name similar to 'SSVCHOSST'( don't be confused with windows service by the name of 'svchost' ).if you find then kill it.

Be carefull next time while using a pen-drive. Tts possible that the source of your OS may be infected with the virus even if it is on a CD.

    Bad luck buddy!!!

Its a very resistant virus.. here is what u can do. first clean all the temporary files on your system. then get the latest norton antivirus or kaspersky trial version. then install, update and run it. clean all the infections. if your computer is still running then well and good. or else format the entire hard disk. I mean ENTIRE HARD DISK!! not one byte must remain unformatted..

now install the os first and then an antivirus. first update it then ONLY add any software u want. get a good antivirus not the crazy idiotic free ones.. they are USELESS!!
