Who thinks Journey would be an awesome performer for this years superbowl?!?!? ?

Why not a metal band? You hear metal at games all the time, Metallica, AC/DC, Ozzy, GNR, Europe (I know, I know, they're not metal but are generally classified as such). Seems to me that if metal is a staple during the game, why not a half time too? My vote would go to Ozzy. He seems like the one most likely to do a half time show.

Hell yeah. I have a theory that everybody in America loves Journey - whether they want to admit it or not. If I ask someone if they like Journey and they say no, I feel confident about pointing in their face and calling them a liar. For another band, lets get RUSH in there.

I agree with the Metalllica or Kiss ideas get some good hard rock or metal in there instead of these lame pop stars Tom Petty wasn't bad but he's a little soft but whatever they do keep the rap and country out

Their lead singer Steve Perry isnt singing with them. So why would it be awsome?
