Is lesser border activity a distinct result of financial crisis?

Border jumpers may not be able to speak our language but they seem to know their way around financial lingo.

I can see the headlines now, ***STRATEGY WORKED*** FINANCIAL TAILSPIN REDUCES BORDER ACTIVITY!

Let some good come out of this. Paste the newspapers of this catastrophe at the border.

Let all come who will. Just be ready to be legal, healthy and taxpaying.

    INTERESTING AND PROVOKING THOUGHT?

    SORT OF LIKE IN THE JAIL WE WANTED TO FLUSH OUT THE DRUGS, SO WE WOULD GO BACK AND ANNOUNCE--"RACK BACK FOR A SHAKEDOWN"

    Toilets flushing as fast as they could flush. Goal accomplished.
