how to make a constructed deck using synchros and gladiator beasts?

Since my last tournament i've been out of the loop in the world of yu-gi-oh and have recently purchased a light of destruction booster pack which had contained the card gladiator beast "gyzarus"

im thinking of utilizing a deck that uses both synchronization monsters and gladiator beasts but i am concerned in how they would compliment each other in terms of constructed formats

Constructed formats have tighter restrictions on many favorite yu-gi-oh cards which are either limited to: two, one or none at all.

How do you make such a deck that would compliment these two types of monsters and how could they work against Decks that revolve around hand destruction and beat downs?

please help me by answering this question.
