I've lost all my songs and videos on iTunes! [HELP]?

Okay, so I was burning a CD (which I usually do on Media player) , but it said if I wanted to create a new library, and I clicked yes- and now I don't have any songs!

How do I get my old library back?

Please Help!

    Try going to the File menu, and select 'Add to Library'

    Then navigate to your old iTunes folder.
