I have a legal question can you help?

If a child looked at porn on youtube but didn't sign up for anything on a real site can their parents get arrested for possesion/looking at porn?

    I cannot see how this question can possibly arise. I say that because you, as a responsible parent will have put a block and lock on all sites that deal in pornography. So how could it possibly get into your home via the internet. So because you have done all that, as a caring, decent, law abiding citizen, you have nothing to worry about.

    You cannot get arrested for looking at porn. Unless it is child porn. In some places people under eighteen cannot view porn, for it is against the law. But I highly doubt there will be any jail time.

    Yeah, porn's totally illegal. Pft, no. Oh yeah, as long as it's not minors.
