-Hacerse is used to describe changes due to one's personal efforts:

-Ponerse is used to talk about physical or emotional changes:

-Volverse is used to describe sudden or gradual personal changes that are permanent:

-Convertirse en is used to talk about physical or fantastic changes:

- Llegar a ser is used to talk about changes after a period of time:

4. About this one here's what Wikipedia says about it:

A separate construction is haber de + infinitive. It is not impersonal. It tends to express a certain nuance of obligation and a certain nuance of future tense, much like the expression "to be to". It is also often used similarly to deber ("must", "ought to").

Note that the third personal singular of the present tense is ha.
