Granted i've been experimenting with this one for quite a while, combining it with alot of featured monsters, you name it: lightsworns, E-Heros, D-Heros, GBs, majority of them and i've been constantly adding and switching cards both deck, and side deck combined. this was a 3 days ago edit, how good do you think it is?
rate and make some suggestions on this deck: please and thank you

The Big Problem is that this deck doesn't have a goal or even a tactic. It's very unpredictable to both loosing and winning, I'm not really sure what does the deck do to win. It's really messed up. Your cards do not synchronize with one another.
Here's are sample decks you can use
Theme: Spellcaster
Monsters:
3 x Skilled Dark Magician
3 x Gemini Elf
3 x Apprentice Magician
3 x Old Vindicitive Magician
1 x Breaker the magical warrior
1 x Royal Magical Library
2 x Chaos Command Magician
1 x Dark Magician
3 x Copycat or any spellcaster you might have
Spell/Traps:
1 x Heavy Storm
1 x Fissure
1 x Brain Control
1 x Smashing Ground
1 x Giant Trunade
1 x Monster Reborn
1 x Magic Cylinder
1 x Draining Shield
1 x Mystical Space Typhoon
1 x Lightning Vortex
1 x Spell-Shield Type-8
1 x Swords of Revealing Light
1 x Nightmare Steelcage
1 x Mage Power
3 x Magical Dimension
3 x Sakuretsu Armor
In this deck your primary focus is to simply beat the opponent down to his life points and unlike the dragon deck, the spellcaster deck is more prone to monsters of high attack power, Summoned Skull, Blue-Eyes White Dragon etc and needs more monster-destroying cards like fissure and sakuretsu armor.
Theme: Re-animator
Monster:
3 x Spear Cretin
3 x Masked Dragon
1 x Twin-Headed Behemoth
3 x Man-Eater Bug
3 x Cobra Jar (You may use cards like Kaiser Sea Horse, but never have I found a card with such versitility or you may use cards like Man-Eater bug to slow the opponent down)
1 x Ciaus, The Shadow Monarch
1 x Ultimate Tyranno (or The Creator, but Tyranno would be better)
2 x Majestic-Mech Goryu
3 x Blue-Eyes White Dragon
Spell/Trap:
2 x Trade-in
2 x Foolish Burial
3 x Soul Exchange
3 x Shallow Grave
1 x Torrential Tribute
2 x Lightning Vortex
1 x Monster Reborn
1 x Scapegoat
1 x Brain Control
1 x Draining Shield
3 x Sakuretsu Armor
This deck is much more tricky, it's either you're playing it at its best or at its worst. The trick is to put most of your high-level monsters to the graveyard and special summon them with spear cretin, shallow grave or monster reborn. I used draining sheild over magic cylinder because you'll need more life points than deal much life points, Blue-Eyes and Majestice-Mech can do that later with ease. 3 soul exchange means you "almost" always have enough tribute for a tribute summon. This deck build is also impervious destruction cards like torrential tribute and mirror force as it simply returns the monsters back to the field quite easily. You can change Blue-Eyes to dark horus if you want.
Theme: Synchro
Monsters:
3 x Junk Synchron
2 x Tune Warrior
2 x Magna Dragon
3 x Cobra Jar
3 x Exiled Force
3 x Copycat
3 x Charcoal Inpachi
1 x Reshef, Gate Guardian
Spell/Trap
1 x Swords of Revealing Light
1 x Nightmare Steelcage
1 x Brain Control
1 x Scapegoat
2 x Double Summon
1 x Heavy Storm
3 x Sakuretsu Armor
2 x Scrap-Iron Metal
2 x Threatening Roar
1 x Magic Cylinder
1 x Lightning Vortex
1 x The Warrior Returning Alive
1 x Monster Reborn
2 x Pot of Avarice
Extra Deck:
3 x Stardust Dragon
2 x Magical Android
2 x Thought Ruler Archfiend
2 x Gaia Force of Earth
1 x Colossal Fighter
2 x Goyo Guardian
Tactic is simple, summon as many synchro as you can while stalling your opponents down.
Happy Dueling

First of all, never rate decks. You rate decks way too high. Second of all, your deck is horrible. It really is. I would have to change your whole deck to show you my changes, but I'm too tired
Mikes decks suck badly 2
