what happened to my skin?

i do not have any idea about this..

its not itchy.. its just disgusting. red dots.

so guys please tell me how to disappear this. its between my boobs.

    It's a few spots?

    Just put some tee tree oil on it and it will go away.

    By the way, that picture reveals a bit too much...
