Your symptoms are very much incomplete to tell about any signs of a heart attack. First lets us know about your age, sex and other problems that you have like Hypertension, Cholesterol, etc.
During a Heart attack, people feel chest pain that's the most common thing, but apart from that they feel pain in other parts of the body especially the upper part. Did you face shortness of breath. Also did you break out in a cold sweat, nausea or light-headedness. If you have answered most(90%) Yes. Then you suffered a Cardiac Arrest otherwise it is just a stomach discomfort. If you still feel uncomfortable go and see a doctor immediately. One should not take risk in this matter.

It could have been.
My dad had a minor heart attack a month ago, he was still breathing through the whole thing and he had severe pain that went away very quickly.
I'd recommend going to the hospital or a doctor to get blood tests done ASAP- if what you described was a heart attack, you will only be in hospital for about 2 days because it was not severe

Could be the first signs of Angina - but too early to tell. If it was a one-off, it`s probably nothing serious.

Could've been indigestion or heart burn. If you had a heart attack, you'd be in hospital and your left arm would've gone numb.
