Call Sony immediately! That is very serious. Almost like he needs to go to jail or get fined serious. They should be able to prove that it is yours and get you your account back. At least you got the Credit card stuff of there first. All you need to do to give them proof is tell them the information you gave them and they will know it is you.

Call sony. dont email they take 2 days to answer. Hes a **** head. They will check to make sure its yours, then probably ban him, or fine him or something. Since he is trading out your games, that is illegal. He hacked your account, you could sue him.

Contact Sony immediately! Change the password ASAP (if he hadn't changed it). Change e-mail on that account (that's how he probably stole it).
