Firstly to the guy above: Everyone uses cards like Heavy Storm because they are awesome. They are called staples for a reason. No matter how creative a deck is, they will use these staples such as heavy storm, monster reborn etc... so before rating anyone elses deck, get a little bit of an idea about this game or just give up.
Secondly to the point: Sorry but your deck is not very good and will fail if you take it to a tournament. Try this...

Even if you do not already have these cards, try to collect them over time until you can eventually make this deck. It is way better than what you have. Also do not listen to the guy above. He obviously has no idea what he is talking about.
