You didn't say where you are from or when you are coming to Montreal. This may have helped a bit to give an idea of what you might like to do or see.
However, for your age group, I would suggest the following:
1) Casino de Montreal
Not just for gambling, but they also have several shows and events that go on in their theaters that are interesting to see. If you like to dance and love various music types, check out this show:

2) Bishop/Crescent Street
At night on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, these two streets are some of the liveliest in town. Various restaurants and clubs are there for people blowing off the workweek stress. It actually gets busier downtown after the sun goes down.
3) Underground City
In Montreal in mid-winter, it can get pretty nasty outside with all the slush, cold winds, and snow. Most of the downtown core is connected by tunnels between the buildings and joining on to the Metro, the cleanest and most reliable subway system I have ever seen. Get a day pass or weekly pass, and use the public transit here to get around. It will save you so much on parking and gas costs.
4) St. Joseph's Oratory
I know you probably do not want to visit churches and museums, but this place is worth seeing. Walking in you get awestruck by the sheer size and intricacy of this cathedral.
5) Old Port / IMAX
Visit the old port of Montreal and walk down the cobblestone streets. Hire the caleche driver and get a tour of the area using the horse-drawn carriage and a warm wool blanket. Visit the IMAX theater right down on the old wharf and see an amazing show.
6) Chinatown
Just outside the old port, go see Montreal's Chinatown. It is not large, but the food is great and you might find a place catering to visitors that want to sell you some Chinese trinkets.
7) Shopping
If you are coming from USA, your dollar has been gaining ground recently and so when you spend a dollar here, it is only costing you about 85 cents when you include exchange rates. Remember that some things are more expensive in Canada though (books, calendars, some electronics) so check around for the deals.
8) Food
One of the major things that keep people coming back to Montreal is the food. We have a wide variety of ethnic foods in Montreal, so be sure to try things that you otherwise may not have sampled. We have really excellent Lebanese, Japanese, Portugese, Greek, of course French, and even Brazilian and Iranian restaurants that are amazing.
Hope this helps. Enjoy your time in Montreal.
