What would it require for Texas to make the BCS Championship?

2 losses by Texas Tech in regular season, and a loss by 3 teams consisting of Penn St, Alabama, Florida, and USC.

If Texas, Oklahoma, and Texas Tech all end the season with one loss, with Oklahoma beating Texas Tech, who plays in the Big 12 title game???? And just think, if the Big 12 doesn't produce an undefeated team, and if Florida wins out, we'll see a Florida vs. Penn St BCS title game.

For Texas to make the national championship, Texas Tech needs two losses - very possible with both Oklahoma and Oklahoma State on their schedule.

This would place Texas in the BIG 12 game and they would have to win through this game completely

After that - a Penn State loss is needed - which would make

SEC 1 loss team - most likely Florida or Alabama - vs

Texas. I would hope people value Texas victory over Oklahoma and not pick Oklahoma for this game instead.

just like texas tech beating texas and moving up i'd say they'd probably have to beat an unbeaten or penn or bama or texas tech to just lose 1 'cause they are still a solid powerhouse and on my bets make it to the championship

what're you talking about beat Tx Tech? They're both in the South Division, so in the event of a tie (say TTU loses to either OSU or OU) Tech still pwns the Horns in the head to head vote because they beat them.
