Maybe because he doesn't know wtf he's doing. I don't trust him for a second to run this country. How long has he been an elected official? 5, 6 years? awesome.

The Economy went into the toilet..House & Senate involved De ms & Rep
Cut backs in Education-House & Senate involved Dems & Rep
Unemployment on the rise-House & Senate involved Dems & Rep
Tax cuts for jobs created outside the US.-This was started under the Clinton admin Democrates
Billions in Earmarks-House & Senate involved Dems & Rep
Bailout Package-House & Senate involved Dems & Rep
Iraq, Bin-ladin, Afganistain, 9-11, Katrina, gas prices, Fanny Mae, Freddie Mack, The Bush Doctrine- This makes me laugh most of all if the Clinton Admin had done something when Al Quida bombed the trade center the first time most likely 9/11 would not have happened.. Katrina was an act of God not Bushes or anyone elses fault- also House & Senate involved Dems & Rep
So look it goes back as far as the Clintons the Democratic party that basically has had all the pull in DC these last 8 years anyways...Bush could not make any of these decisions on his own!

1) economic policies are made by congress (NOT the prez) and for the last and worst two years Dems have majority.
2) Education has had $11 mil more in the last 8 years that is has ever received and as an educator $$$ isn't the answer.
3)Unemployment is going to get worse when Obama raises taxes on businesses they are going to go strait over seas. Money is the bottom line for most businesses not country loyalty.
4)Earmarks are a congress thing. It has Nothing to do with the Prez. Again led by Dems.
5) Same as # 4
Fanny ma and freddy mac have more to do with Obama than Bush.
Bin Laden was handed to Clinton and he said Nah.
In Texas They had a devastating Hurricane (I bet it won't take them 4 years to recover!)
I Look at Facts. I don't listen to Candidates BS. Who is SOS?
Saying this I will respect the man that is the head of my great country even if I think he will completely mess it up.

I think it is interesting that everything you just mentioned was done with a Democratic congress. LOL
The Economy went into the toilet..
Cut backs in Education
Unemployment on the rise
Tax cuts for jobs created outside the US.
Billions in Earmarks
Bailout Package
Iraq, Bin-ladin, Afghanistan, 9-11, Katrina, gas prices, Fanny Mae, Freddie Mack, The Bush Doctrine
Except maybe the Bush doctrine although I am not sure which one you are referring to.
BTW: I fixed many of your spelling mistakes for you. See above.

You know, you asked a good question and then filled it with all the extra crap that totally ruined your question.
If you want to know why this economy is the way it is, maybe you should be asking those liberal socialist democrats in Congress who did nothing to fix the problems that were on the horizon in 2003 and 2006.
Bush has been more than accurate in his policies. If we had a Kerry or Gore as president, you would not be on this board asking such a slanted biased question.

I think people are just close-minded. I mean he wouldnt have won by that much if people did not think he was suitable to be president. However, hes got a tough job ahead of him, but he can do it.
ps. to the republicans saying it as a fixed election, that your going to move to canada, or any of the other jackass-y things you have said in the last 24 hour hours..... YOU'RE ALL MAKING YOURSELFS LOOK STUPID! You cannot deny what happened to this country with bush as a president and you cannot deny that it had to do with his policies.
(pps. everyone should watch this movie: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-594683847...

I'm not scared ... just depressed that I'm about ready to pay a boat load more in taxes (if his plan actually passes). I'm going to support our president but that doesn't mean I have to like giving the government 40% of my hard earned money.
Comment to Soniie: Good for you! College educations are wonderful. But just you wait. You work hard, go to school, get a job and earn your way to a good living -- and watch the government take away a good chunk of it. You won't be so excited when that happens. Enjoy it while you can.

First of all, we can thank the ex democrat president Clinton for ignoring the first bombing of the world trade center and thank President Bush for having the gull to do something about it. Bush didn't start the fire, it was already burning honey.

If I have been given be conscious that an murderer turn into out for me, i think of that is purely human nature to balk at an unpredicted gun shot. definitely, the guy has gained hundreds of hundreds of dying threats, and multiple who threatened to assassinate him considering the fact that he turn into interior the working for presidential place of work. With that being stated, i'm no longer shocked he could balk. i could have jumped and screamed.

Our NEW president won't even say the pledge of allegiance! That alone frightens me!! I've been scared for months, but I'm even more scared now. We're FUKED!!
BTW a lot of that stuff started long before the Bush administration. It goes back to Clinton.
