I just got the motorola krave from verizon, help?
I got the premium plan with unlimited messaging, web, ect.
My problem is the web is not working. It says I need to subscribe for $5 more per month. I tried subscribing and it wont let me, it says "unable to submit your order at this time"
I just got the phone today, so could my problem be that it just hasn't completely activated yet? Also If the premium plan supposedly includes unlimited web should I really need to subscribe at additional cost?

No you shouldn't need to pay extra if its included in your plan. Call up customer service on your phone and ask them why its not working. Sometimes people don't set things up properly. Good luck.
