when you cook foods (such as steak and chicken) which are "bloody", do you inherit the LDL "bad" cholesterol ?

    If you cook your chicken "bloody" then LDL cholesterol is the least of your worries.

    by "bloody" do u mean meat?

    meat contains staurated fats rather than unsaturated fats (oils) in plants.

    if u eat a high level of staurated to unsaturated then u r more likely to produce higher number of ldls than hdls, promoting lay down of fat in arteries which could lead to heart attack. but u need some saturated fats in ur diet. its all about proportions

    Cholesterol is in fat, not blood.
