How do I contact the Hague?

I have tried e-mailing them but to no avail.

I am in need of advice concerning the Swiss Social Services and how to fight for my children that I haven't seen for over 4years.

I live in New Zealand and have written to the "Human Rights Commissioner," but that office has failed to reply to me.

I am at a loss of what to do next.

Update:

As I live in New Zealand, I need to get a hold of a family court lawyer versed in International law.

As I live in Auckland and am also on a benefit due to health problems brought about by the stresses caused by problems I am having with the Swiss Social Services, would I be elegible for legal aid then?

The "Hague" is the English word for the city "Den Haag" and so your question does not make sense - itis like saying that you have tried contacting Wellington.....

You need a local lawyer specalised in Family Law, preferably International Family law - they will be able to help you

EDIT - I'm really sorry but I am not versed at all with NZ law and the rules pertaining to legal aid. Maybe it would be a good idea to enter a new question asking that question specifically - 'How can I find out if I am eligible for legal aid in New Zealand'
